R. R. Khurramov received his Ph.D. degree in 2025 from the S.A. Azimov Physical-Technical Institute, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, under the supervision of Professor Takhir Razykov.
He is currently conducting postdoctoral research in the Photoelectronics Laboratory of the same institute. His research focuses on the development of high-efficiency solar cells based on CZTSSe thin-film chalcogenide semiconductors.
